All Sales Are Final

At Aure & Ivy, each piece is custom-made with your desired engravings and specifications. For this reason, all purchases are considered final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.


Engraving or Order Errors

If we make a mistake—such as a misspelling in the engraving or sending the wrong item—we will gladly replace your item at no extra cost. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery via our Contact Us page and include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the item


Incorrect Address or Personalization Provided

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address and personalization details. If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, we do not issue refunds. However, we will be happy to resend your order to the correct address upon payment of a re-shipping fee.


Sizing Issues (Rings)

Due to the personalized nature of our rings, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing. Please double-check your ring size before placing your order.


Exceptions to the Policy

We offer replacements in the following special cases:

  • Broken accessory or bracelet within 1 year of purchase (based on inventory availability)

  • Item damaged upon delivery (photo proof required within 30 days)

In both cases, you do not need to return the damaged item. Simply email us your order details and a photo, and we’ll send a replacement.

Note: This applies to online orders only.


30-Day Replacement Window

Our policy is valid for 30 days after the delivery date. If more than 30 days have passed and you have not contacted us, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or replacement.


Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted in rare cases for:

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery (if previously approved by our team)


Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Recheck your bank account

  2. Contact your credit card provider (refunds may take time to post)

  3. Contact your bank (processing times may vary)

If you’ve completed all steps and still haven’t received your refund, please reach out to us at info@aureandivy.com.


Shipping Times for Replacements

If your item is approved for replacement, delivery times may vary depending on your location. We will provide estimated timelines upon confirmation.
